Physical work is a mechanical manifestation of energy, which is a function of the physical forces acting on an object. It is a positive or negative force, depending on the amount of energy transferred and its direction of motion. In other words, it is the product of the strength of the force and the distance traveled.

The gravitational force on its own ain’t no fun, but it’s not without a little bit of ingenuity. Among other things, you can get around the planet Earth, or at least the outer rim, by walking. A bit of a bit of forethought and some elbow grease can get you where you want to be in a fraction of the time. For example, you could make it from London to Paris in a matter of hours. Alternatively, you could have done the same in a car. To wit, the cheapest petrol cans in the United States cost about $5.50 per gallon, while the cheapest diesel is around $2.25. Of course, you’ll also need to get used to living with a family of five or more, not to mention the hassles of having a car around.

Physical work is an activity performed by the action of an object with mechanical energy. The motion of the object is used to apply force to another object, and the result of that work is a transfer of energy. This type of work can take several forms.

Another form of this work is potential energy. Potential energy is the difference as tension. For example, a compressed spring can apply a force to a dart. Unlike kinetic energy, potential energy does not inhere in an absolute object, but rather in the objects that have been compressed.

It is positive or ‘negative?

Physical work is the transfer of energy. It can be positive or negative. Positive work is when the force applied to an object is in the direction of the movement of the object. Negative work is when the force is in the opposite direction of the motion of the object.

In general, negative work is done when an object is moved against the gravity of the earth. It can be done by a team or by an opposing player. The amount of work done depends on the force used.

When an object is falling on the ground, the gravitational force acts in the direction of the object’s downward motion. A ball is also an example of positive work. When the ball falls on the ground, the weight of the ball multiplied by the distance to the ground is equal to the gravitational force acting on the object.
