Joe Bridgers
Bridgers was born in 1994 and grew up listening to a wide range of music. Her parents introduced her to the likes of Joni Mitchell and other baby boomer icons. In high school, she was enrolled in a vocal jazz program. During this time, she was introduced to emo acts like My Chemical Romance and Bright Eyes.
The song “Kyoto” has over two million views on YouTube, and Bridgers also wore a skeleton onesie for a music video. She also wore it to a remote performance on The Late Show.
